Administrative Services
Villas de Allende offers individual administrative services for all villa
owners. The service is managed by a fulltime
Villas de Allende employee in
charge of administrative tasks located in the reception area of the clubhouse.
The services are optional and offered to owners for a small service charge. They
will be expanded as needed and presently include:
- Processing of on line Villa Owner’s Association fees.
- Processing of on line payments of Villa Owner’s real estate taxes and/or utility
bills.
- Rental Program management.
An Owner has the option to take advantage of one or all the services available.
Owners enrolled in the online payment program can pay their bills with a credit
card through the
Villas de Allende on line prearranged Google link that is
sent to them via e-mail monthly or if at
Villas de Allende can still personally
pay at the reception.
